Return audit delay

It’s been 3 months following up on an audit for my return and every time I call to follow up I’m told that the matter is still not concluded and that they escalated to the audit department but nothing is done. I’m soo disappointed at the service I have received up to this point. No one gets back to me but I’m send emails asking me to rate the consultations service, what is that if I don’t get serviced.
