Resubmitting documents over and over. Frustrated with my return jot being finalised - waisting everyones time

Good day

I have submitted it online about 2 months ago. Then I received a reminder to submit again. To spare myself any frustration with efiling on line I drove to the branch and submitted certified copies and as proof I took originals with.

2 days ago I phoned, again, to hear what the status is. The lady I spoke to gave me this email and said "needs supporting documents" I submitted for the 3rd time. Now I receive a 4th email requesting I should submit again. How does the process work?

This is the most frustrating thing ive done in forever. Really? I only changed bank details and the whole process is a mess.

What now?
