REQUEST TAX DIRECTIVE SARS

I have gone to SARS in Bellville but was told to do a request online. NO JOY I have for months been trying to request a TAX DIRECTIVE online as I am a commission earner and have logged a query no ***. Nobody has bothered to contact me and I have spent hours on the phone but still no joy. At present a maximum amount of tax is deducted but who cares!!!!!!!!!! What has our government departments become!!!!!!
