Representatives unable to rectify my eFiling

I have been calling for the past three weeks to get my eFiling profile resolved as it says there are no tax types linked to my profile and that the records on file do not match SARS records. The representatives assisting me have only been changing my email address and cellphone number. I am registered as an organization and not an individual as well as my ID number being incorrect. It's been three weeks of the same cycle. It's so frustrating.
