Refusal to provide feedback

I submitted my returns on efilling on the 1 July 2015, I was then asked to submit further documentation (an audit was being done) I submitted the documentation, the audit came out clean, I was then asked to submit my new banking details, which I did - I sat at the Randburg SARS office for 4hours on the 13 July 2015, and handed in my documents, the lady behind the counter said no need for the Marriage Certificate to be certified as you have the original with you. She even said you must get it laminated!! <br> I then received numerous letters from SARS indicating that I have to go lodge all my documents again at a SARS branch!! I asked why - my application was rejected - why because the marriage certificate is not certified!! <br> I have phoned SARS on numerous occasions and Cheri SARS lady even lodged an urgent escalation for me however nothing happened thus far!!!<br> I urgently need the money for all my dentistry problems - this is why I receive money back from SARS.<br> MY CASE NUMBER IS: ***<br> TAX NUMBER: ***<br> SARS also told me that an urgent escalation does not have a time limit on- how can this be????<br> I did everything SARS asked from me!!!
