OMW!!!!!!!!!!!! BAD SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!!!

I was told to submit all my documents for verification, which i did on the 1st of November 2017, its the 01 December 2017 and still no feedback.

I was told by someone at the Bellville Branch the verification and the refund will take 21 days, still nothing

I phoned numerous times and every time the same thing, there is no turn around time for this.

WHY IS THIS!!!!!!!!!!!!

When people owe SARS the are quick to take money from the people then the people have no choice of 21 days, it must be sorted immediately.

But when SARS OWE people, its take 6 years to sort out

Spoke to a manager, got the same feedback.

This is ridiculous, i don't have words for this place.

All the good things i have heard about SARS was all lies.

PLEASE GIVE FEEDBACK TO PEOPLE AND GIVE THE RIGHT INFORMATION ON YOUR PAPERWORK ON EFILLING AND ALSO WHEN PEOPLE IS AT THE BRANCH.

VERY BAD SERVICE RECEIVED!!!!!!!! DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!!!!!!!
