refunds not getting payed back

I have to say that i am very disappointed in SARS as they are quick to say that you own them money, but as soon as they own you money the tend to take there time . On my effiling my tax practitioner gave me a print out showing that Sars needs to refund me about 40K . Its been months and i have still not received my money from them . I see it as unfair as they give us a cut off date by when we need to pay them but they dont have any cut off date by when they must pay us as law abiding south african citizens . I hope this will wake them up and start paying back everyone they owe money to
