Refunds not being attended

I'm so disappointed in SARS, I've never experienced such a bad service. All years I've been using their services they've been efficient now things have changed. It's been 3 months waiting for my returns to be paid out, been calling and no one is helping. I'm in a desperate position right now can someone please access my account confirm my bank details for payment to be processed. Here is a few ticket numbers some I didn't even take them down I got tired of doing that.
