Refund withheld even after audit results

In July 2017 I did my efiling for my 2017 tax returns financial year. I am due for a refund of R51000 from SARS and I have been taken from pillar to post since then till this day my refund has not been paid. I have visited the branch 4 times and I call every 2nd day, I am always given the excuse of my case is still pending. SARS have shown that they refuse to pay back my refund however they are demanding payment from tax payers who are owing SARS a return. The below have been given this case number today: ********** 45. Everyday there is a new reason why my payout is pending, on the 20th February they requested for my bank statement and proof of residence which I submitted on the day, now I'm told the turnaround time to payment is indefinite and I cannot speak to the auditor handling my review, this auditor is *********** and cannot resolved a filing done in July 2017, and I am not allowed to speak to them directly. This is ********** and unacceptable behavior from SARS. I want my refund as per audit results.
