Refund "under review and takes 60 days"

After submitting my tax return in July, I had to submit documents for verification which was suppose to take 21 days after 24 days I called back and was told id get a call back withing 2 days after 2 days I called again and was told a manager would call me back within another 2 days. Guess what nobody called and when I called again I was told my case it with the complaints department and they will resolve it in another 21 days. Today I get a email letter of completion regarding my audit and called back just to confirm if everything is now on track regarding my refund as my audit was clean and no changes were made I get told yes my refund is 'under review' and it takes 60 days!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
