Refund still not paid

Completed my efiling on the 4th Nov and attached documents that were requested. On the status bar it said: Return Assessed. Last status date is 2015-11-05 Your income tax has been assessed and you should receive your Notice of Assessment as an attachment on your profile within the next 2 weeks. 2 weeks passed and there's still nothing. No refund paid, no assessment attached. I'm sick and tired of phoning the call centre and keep on holding while my airtime gets finished.
