refund request

Case no I was given today*** assisted by Salome her Supervisor Brenda Montshwe in Complaints department who told me to wait another 21 days. I had the same query since beginning of October 2015 and till today isn't resolved. I was told wait 21 days since October. logging a complaint hasn't been helpful cause I still have to wait 21 days , nothing special about the complaints Department , they never went an extra mile for me. All in all Im disgusted by the pathetic service we as clients are receiving from SARS. And not forgetting the unauthorized updates on our contacts details.
