REFUND PAYABLE - LONG OVERDUE

I am writing to follow up regarding Case ***, dated 3 October 2024, concerning my income tax claim.

As requested, I submitted all the required documentation to SARS on 7 October 2024. The "Verification of Your Income Tax Return Submission" letter I received states that feedback will be provided within 21 working days. Based on this timeline, I should have received a response by 6 November 2024.

Unfortunately, to date, I have not received any updates or feedback regarding the status of my claim. While I understand that my claim might be a minor matter in the broader context of SARS operations, it is of great personal importance to me.

I respectfully request that my case be finalized as soon as possible and that the outcome be communicated to me promptly. Your assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.
