Refund not paid

I filed my returns on October the 24 2022 and documents for verification was submitted the same day. a week later the case was finalized, but ever since i have not received my refund. i called SARS last week to find out why my money has not been paid they said all of my cases hasn't been finalized but to my knowledge everything was verified. i would kindly like to be assisted urgently as its is going for two months now
