REFUND NOT DONE AFTER THREE MONTHS

Ive been calling into the SARS call centre for the past three months trying so hard to get assistance, i have numerous case numbers but NO solution to my problem. There is a refund due to me all my account information is correct all my returns are done and have been verified YET SARS DOES NOT REFUND MY MONEY. When its my salary date SARS is never late to take my money but now THAT MONEY IS OWED TO ME THEY CANNOT HELP ME. I AM VISITING THE LOCAL E NEWS TO DISCUSS MY HORRIBLE SERVICE RECEIVED FROM SARS. They have team leaders who commit to call me back but does not ever return my call. I spent so much on call get put on hold for more the 10 minutes just to get told that NOBODY CAN ASSIST ME I AM TAKING THIS TO ALL SOCIAL MEDIA AND ALL NEWS COMPANIES AS EVERYBODY MUST KNOW HOW HORRIBLE SARS IS AT REFUNDING ME WITH MY OWN MONEY!!!!!
