Refund longer then 72h from 7th july

I have submitted my return on the 7th of July 2022. Phoned them 4 times and now there is no answer for 3 days now. Every time they tel me i just have to wait 72 hour. Most of my family and friends receive there refund. I am still waiting. ........... how long does it take them to do a refund?. I sent query after query with now response.
