REFUND LONG OVER DUE!

My refund hasn't been paid from August 2014, they told me that my assessment has been put through for auditing, I then got a Verification Of Assessment on the 8th of December 2015 and then I contacted the contact centre and was advised that the letter confirms that the audit has been completed and I should expect my refund in 60 working days, I then called them on the 8th of March 2015 and the consultant advised they can't confirm the refund date and nobody could state the reason. Today is the 21st of April 2015 and I haven't heard a thing from them. I need my refund paid as soon as possible, Can some please assist.
