REFUND HAS NOT BEEN PAID

I have submitted my tax return through my tax practitioner on the 12th July 2017. My banking details had changed so he submitted new details via e-filing immediately. I was then told I was selected for a review . I had been told to go to SARS offices and produce copies of ID , bank statements etc which I timeously did on the 11 August 2017. I have been sent from pillar to post for my refund and been told various stories about no having a date for payment of my refund after my details were submitted. Please assist urgently.
