refund freezed (Sars Instruction)

I have already been waiting for my audits from 2019 July and now audits are finalised but still I was able to access my refund paid on the 1/11/2019 but now it has been freezed and blocked by SARS, my submissions are legit, I fail to understand why my money is being freezed for no reason. this is unacceptable. I demand my refund to be paid as soon as possible.
