Refund Due for over three months

efilling was done on the 14/12/2017, and supporting documents submitted on the 15/12/2017. And a refund was due to paid by SARS, however it over three months now. My case was sent for Audit, and the turn around time for audit elapsed, on the 15/12/2017 my case was escalated to the complained/escalation department, and still to date no refund has been paid to me. Very unacceptable, Someone please intervene
