Refund due for over 4 months

I've done my tax returns around September I submitted all DOCS and was due for a refund I called sars several times and spoke to sooo many agents who informed me that they'll ask their managers to call me since an auditor was busy with my matter. It's January and no one has got back to me regarding this matter and it's been more than 21days.I need compete assistance.
