Refund delayed 72hrs has passed its 2 weeks now

I have never had good experience with SARS been running in & out of SARS since 19th March 2024, I appreciate the lady who has been with me, she did her best that I get help& my case is resolved. Now I must get my last refund because a garnishment has been canceled,SARS s sending me from pillar to post different stories every week. I'm surprised because my 1st refund was paid well they have all my details I don't need verification. Now I'm being told about R500 penalty fee which is being investigated, the other say I should be patient. Refund is 72hrs. I'm defeated my life was he'll have been financially messed up due to that garnish which took them 11months to fix
