REFUND DELAY COVERED UNDER BLANKET OF AUDIT

SUBMITTED IT12 24/07/2017 Received notice of audit 24/07/2017 Submitted docs 24/07/2017 Waited 30 days as SARS have 30 days to AUDIT Phoned 28/09 Case number ********** 82 - said they have put an escalation on it but there is no turnaround time but will soon be finalised Phoned 05/10 Case number ********** 56 - No turnaround time have to wait it out Phoned 24/10 Case number ********** 47 - Will receive sms have to wait it out. No turnaround time SARS have no exceptions on taxpayers deadlines BUT we have to be wait it out with SARS - Where is the reasonability in that?????????? The subcontractors get paid with our money and still they do not do their job.- Wonder who they are and how they are connected to SARS. MAYBE Carte Blanche needs to do an audit on them??
