Refund delay

I completed my annual tax return on 7 July, was requested to send supporting documentation on 8 July which I did. I received my statement of account on 13 July indicating I was due a refund. After 8 phone calls and waiting the required 30 working days, which seems ridiculous, I have still not seen a refund and no one at SARS can confirm when I will be paid. Today their phone systems are faulty causing further frustration.
