Refund

My tax practitioner filed my tax through efiling in August 2024, then there was a dispute on 2022, THEN they deducted R2500 extra from my salary, nobody stopped the deductions, so the owe me for 3 or 4 months the R2500. When I called them with Case no: *** they said I must submit my payslips, what I did and my tax practitioner. We in November 2024, I'm still waiting for my refund. What's going on with SARS, I've got 21 case numbers, still no answers its Ridiculous, and they must pay the interest on the money they deducted from my salary that was not necessary.
