REFUND
I have a refund due to me, I changed my banking details and submitted all supporting documents on the 17th August but I still have not received my refund.I was told changing banking details takes 21 working days but we are on day 25 today and still nothing. What should I do?

22 Sept 2021, 08:52Sars is really full of ****, I have changed my banking details on the 17th August and uploaded all necessary documentation but it is way passed 21 working day and still I have not received my refund.It still say BANKING VERIFICATION PROCESS IS STILL IN PROGRESS .Nobody wants to answer call center and when the do after hours of holding they drop the call as soon as you speak, their social media admins r no help at all they say you mst lay a complaint online and when you do it required case no where r u gona get it when their call center rings one way. This is unacceptable cs when u owe them they will chase u like a mad person.
