Refund!!!

Pathetic service!!!waiting on a refund for over 2 months. Submitted all documents. Called sars today. After 30 mins of holding. The agent put me on hold and then put down. Called again waited 30 mins again then the agent pretended not to hear me. Can someone call me back. U can take my money every month but when its time to refund.theres 100 loopholes!!!!!
