Refund

Good day

Kindly assist I have a refund that is due to me from SARS, I was told that it will take 21 days to be paid into my account I have been waiting for my refund since the 08/11/2024 today is the 12/12/2024 it has not been paid.

I did not receive any feed back or update from SARS, I tried to call them so that the matter can be resolved or escalated I could not get assistance as the lady I spoke to told me that the is nothing she can do.

Kindly assist as I am getting frustrated with the service I received from SARS.
