refund

This is absolutely frustrating, I have submitted my return a month and two weeks ago. changed banking details got a notification that I have to wait 21 days did that still no refund has been issued to me people that submitted their supporting documents has already been paid i keep on calling in , sending emails no feedback i really dont understand sars is quick to take our money even before we see it yet the one time of the year they give us hassles when it comes to submitting a return wow despite having to deal with rude customers i get no feedback this is really not fair
