refund

I submitted my documents to be refunded for my income protector contributions 26/10/2015 at SARS Garsfontein. After sitting in the queue from 11h00-15h30 before being helped the lady confirmed that there will be a refund to me for the amount of R1400. She also confirmed all docs in order and she will scan the docs.<br> When i did not hear from them I went onto e-filing and saw they are still waiting for my docs. What a waste of time at the SARS Garsfontein office. I uploaded my docs but up to now no word from SARS.<br> <br> Please helps as I do not get through to SARS. I was no 107 in the queue 15minutes ago when I tried to phone them.
