Refund!!!!!!

I don't know where to even start sine August 2022 I have been trying to get my refund till to date I have not gotten it. Its a nightmare trying to get assistance from both the call center and the branch. Every single time I get someone to assist they keep telling me that I need to submit documents which I do and they confirm that they have received them but still no refund, case numbers are: ******3, ***
