Refund

I owed SARS money and one of my investments matured so the money was automatically transferred to SARS only to find out that Old Mutual transferred into the incorrect account. I called and I was advised to request the P.O.P and attached, I even emailed it directly to them. To my surprise 21 days later I'm being told that my refund is still pending I must re-submit again and wait another 21 days, this is so unfair because if I don't call then there's no update. And every time I call the agents are giving me different stories this is really frustrating because the payment was done in July but 3 months later my account is still blocked.
