Reckless SARS Customs driver causes accident

Mr Mtunzuni drives a SARS Customs vehicle and drove into the back of my car. Luckily there is no external damage to my car (needs to be assessed to see if there is chassis damage), with minimal damage to the Customs car. However i have never heard a man insult another person the way this man did. I want the Customs office to rectify this situation and let their insurance pay for an assessment of my car and the possible damage. And also for this man to offer an apology for his foul language.<br> His vehicle registration is BG22ZV GP.
