RECALLED REFUND FOR NO REASON

My name is Mathoke Phaladi and my SARS number is ***. i filed for SARS on the 6th July 2019, there was a refund due to me from SARS. They paid me on the 9th July 2019. On the 10th July 2019, they recalled the sum of R13000.00 with no reason.

When i went to the bank to inquire they gave me a number *** to inquire, NO ONE ANSWERS THIS PHONE. but by luck on the 17 July 2019 someone answered and requested me to send Log book which i did on the same date. On the 29th July 2019, i received an email acknowledging my email of the 17th July, but this was after a struggle. Today is the 30 September 2019 and SARS has not said anything, they did not update their system that they recalled my refund because when i call the call centre, All they see is the money paid back from my FNB account to SARS and there is no note.

So i am upset because they are holding my money for no reason.
