Rebaite not paid
I have been trying to get my tac rebaite for 2017 since august n they keep telling me that my assesment has not been done yet. Or the agents cant escalate the matter or i will receive it shortly as they are busy with it... But lately the agents cut my call or they are plain down rude

They claim i must wait for my 2017 assesment to be completed and there is no time frame for this but im waiting since august n it wont take more than 6 months... Tell me why is it that when we owe sars we hear about it fast but wen they owe us its always a story to pay us back
