Really disappointed in SARS

How disappointing is SARS getting? I have done my part in submitting my tax return when the tax season opened. They asked for supporting documents, which was sent in the very same day, 29 July 2021. We are now on 26 October 2021 and nothing is happening with regards to the refund. People do their best to comply with SARS and provide them with everything they need, but then they just keep quiet. Sars is quick to charge interest and penalties when you owe them, but take forever to do your refund.
