Really Bad Customer service

I am so frustrated with SARS. I have been calling and held the line for so long with no one assisting me.

After that I have requested numerous call backs, with no success. Why is it that a person have to struggle just to get your business in order. CAN SOMEONE BE INCONTACT WITH ME or even respond to this and I will provide you with my contact details, WITH THE HOPE THAT YOU WILL CALL ME.
