Good day! I have almost 2 years trying to request for SARS my deceased mother's reactivation clearance letter for me to can claim from GEPF. I have provided all information to Sars. Each time I call I am given a case number and told to wait 21 days. I have waited for almost two years now. I fail to understand what might be the problem. I tried to walk in but still i have not been helped. Problem with SARS is that even the Complaints are not responded to.
