Rachel is a liability who should not be dealing with people and their money!!!

You hire *********** staff who only care about lunch, tea and knock off time and not explaining to your customers properly. We do not all work for your institution and do not fully comprehend what is needed hence the need to speak to someone who can assist. This rude advisor by the name Rachel hung up on me when I was expressing my misunderstanding of why an amount was what it is and I calmly asked her not to rude but because it was already 4pm and she was ready to go, the idiot hung up on me.
