Quick to impose deadlines on us

Sars is quick to give us deadlines as to when this and that must be submitted but when we appeal and want our assesments to be reviewed they take forever to look at our documents, my documents were sent a month ago for an appeal and I still have no feedback, now when I get my retrenchment funds they will want to take that from me because I owe them money but we have appealed because all my documentation was not included
