Queue delays & professionalism

No other SATS branch is like the Port Elizabeth branch! You will stand outside in the queue for 2+ hours, get inside to stand for an hour & a half+ then still sit down just to wait for another 2+ hours. Oddly enough, it doesn't seem to matter what time you get there! Something drastic needs to be changed for efficient running of things at that branch.

Then, the worst was when I got to the lady who was helping me, she was on her phone tapping away on Whatsapp right in front of me. I found it utterly unprofessional and disrespectful.
