questing a letter of good standing for the past 4 months and because they employ

I have had a query about not getting my Letter of Good Standing for the past 4 months. Since they employ dumb graduates, when they can't solve the query, they hang the line every time for the past 4 months. I have emails fighting this and everything and I have not received one feedback. I tried to get the letter again and some Lindsay Lady and some Thulani guy dropped the line. They want us to pay yet they cant even do simple tasks.
