****py SARS

This has got to be the worst service EVER. I completed tax returns. They then asked me to resubmit my bank details, which I did. I was then told that I need to wait 21 days for this to be confirmed and after this I will get my tax refund. 21 days passed. I phoned in and was told I need to wait another 5 days as the matter has now been escalated... 5 days passed... I called in again, same soggy story: wait 5 days. Again, another 5 days passed....

This is pathetic!!!! I pay my tax every month. On time. And then we have to deal with this ****py level of service. And then to top it off, I get emailed and smsd literally every weekend by Sars to tell me that I need to submit my details.

SORT THIS OUT PLEASE! I am not one to complain but this is tedious!
