Putride service and delay

I was suppose to be issued with a new tax no as per Sars which was suppose to be ready Thursday this week as I was flagged as being under sequestration in error. I have send through the affidavit as per request bt when I phones yesterday I was told I don't have one and now I have an meeting to go into Sars this coming Friday. I'm SOOO upset as this is what I need to get things moving in my life. I'm soo upset as I was really counting on this to be done by this week. So now I'm still waiting and have to wait again for his to be sorted. I'm soo disappointed and upset after waiting for a while 21 days which is a long long time for this this to be sorted.More waiting and waiting to be done I'm sooo upset at this service as now I even have to go into a branch for this to be sorted.
