Putride, disgusting service

I still haven't even got a response after putting my complaint on here, they made me wait to get a tax no and when I called it wasn't even done after 21 days, I went into Sars last week Friday and they said they would call, it's almost a week and no feedback, I called and they said it's with a manager, it's probably looks like I'm gonna wait another month even that's if any even gets back to me at all as the service is soo useless, they don't do their jobs or care about the customer and sorting out thr problem.
