Pure Evil gangster oportunitist unaccountable

Send you around in circles, each time you have to see someone else, who tells you to do something different which still never sorts out the problem and, causes you to go back again when two months later the next letter/reply is eventually received, actually making no sense in relation to what was previously claimed.. No one actually signs the paperwork in any way legible to be able to see who is responsible. Cannot even lay a charge of theft against them, as this is what this case amounts to, and has continued on unresolved for years.
