Public Service nightmare

The stuff at SARS Johannesburg CBD, teller side are beyond unbelievable. I had to return to the branch 3 times in one day and still did not get helped. Some people will be returned for simple errors made on the forms filled. It's like they didn't want to work today. Something must be done with them. If they don't want their jobs then there plenty of people out there on the job market. This not definitely how a public servant should represent nor present themselves. It's beyond disbelief. It is specifically the ones behind the desks. The rest were friendly and professional. I hope something gets done. We can't go on like this as a nation. And I'm definitely not going back there.
