I visited SARS in Orlando East recently to submit my small company's returns due to having some challenges with that on-line : a bit of the downside in itself because their system seems faulty to cater for that appropriately. However, from my on-site visit there was great professionalism all-round from the security, the sanitising process, the registration, the SMS updates about the 'appointment' made for discussion. The SMS updates were virtually instant and gave great confidence. Then, on the day of the appointment, although the que was moving slowly, the help gotten from agent/official Emelda, was vibrant, knowledgeable and fully supportive. My visit was ended off with full guidance on submitting my Small Business Tax Returns on-line. It was all done and completed and followed up immediately by a confirmation SMS and email. I was impressed and relieved. I hope that that level and type of service continues and spreads.
