Pregnant lady in a long que for hours

This is unacceptable, unprofessional and disgusting to say the least. I am a heavily pregnant woman in my third trimaster, i arrived at your offices around 08h30 this morning as a complying south african to submit my returns and was directed to the special que, after I was done, and on my way to my car I received an sms from you saying I owe you R1036.06 ,I then returned to your office to enquire why I owed this money, I was then recieved with a horrible attitude by one of your male staff members who was at the entrance giving out entrance cards, I was told how special I think I was and why I am going in and out of their offices as though I was the commisioner, why I waited for the last day and how I shouldn't even enquire about a mere R1000 as people pay way more than that, after receiving those unbecoming words I was led inside by someone else where I waited for about 4 and a half hours until the members of the public started complaining as to weather this people wanted me give birth in their office, I was then helped and I feel had it not been of those members I would still be in your offices waiting for assistance. I was assisted just so people can stop complaining because even the explanation I got from counter 21 was just meer speculations, as for the person who helped me initially at counter 20 I wonder if she came to work or to be on her phone because she kept smiling with he phone while I was in front of her and the questions I asked she couldn't even hear, don't be suprised if I became one of those south africans who don't take the tax season serious because I will not be subjected to this kind of public service.
