Post Office parcel stuck at Int Mail Centre SARS since August 2017

I have tried everything to trace my parcel from Germany and find out what they need to clear the parcel IJ ********** 11ZA. I have emailed ********** and they have given me contact details, and email address ********** and numbers ********** /*** and so on. All the numbers just ring and then disconnect after a while. I even phoned SARS who were friendly but told me they have no other contact details for the SARS office who work with clearing parcels. Please help??!!
